Overseas Investment Union of Investment Association of China, OIUC 

Overseas Investment Union was set up by the Investment Association of China.

OIUC aims to attract Chinese enterprises that wish to develop business overseas, by actively seeking new opportunities and increasing the competitive nature of local companies through the introduction of advanced technology from around the world.

中国投资协会海外投资联合会（简称“海合会”），为中国开展海外投资业务的企业服务，携手走出国门，寻求投资机会；同时促进引入国外先进技术和理念，用以提升国内企业的核心竞争力。

Transnational Project Cooperation Center

As an important investment platform amongst various enterprises, governments and embassies in China, center intends to establish professional, authorized and international workshops that will provide companies with comprehensive local and overseas services.

跨国项目合作中心为我会成立的服务于中国企业与世界各国政府、驻华使馆投资合作的重要专业平台，以打造国际的、权威的、专业性的智库为目标，为企业提供海内外综合服务。

The Advisory Committee is comprised of experts from the State Council Research, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Development and Reform Commission, General Administration of Quality Control, Inspection and Quarantine, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Commerce, as well as various retired government officials. These individuals lend their rich diplomatic, legal, and economic investment experience to ensure the most accurate overseas market information and investment analysis, which will allow the Committee to provide enterprises with comprehensive services.
